Fees

Registration Fees for the 2010-12 season are:

• Novice: $425.00
• Atom - Intermediate: $525.00

Payments

Registration fees can be paid using the following methods

• Credit Card - This is available only if using Online Registration
• Money Order
• Personal Cheque - You can either pay in full, or use post dated cheques to spread the payments out
  • If registering on the Day of Champions you can submit four (4) equal cheques dated for March 27, June 1, July 1, and August 1.
    • Novice Players - $106.25 each
    • All Other Players - $131.25 each
  • If registering by mail you can submit three (3) cheques dated for June 1, July 1, and August 1.
    • Novice Players - $145, $140.00, $140.00
    • All Other Players - $175 each

Payments received after Sept. 7th will be subject to a late fee of $50.00 (Intermediate players are exempt from this fee).

The SPFHA charges a $50.00 handling fee per NSF cheque.

A Player will not be allowed to go on the ice after August 31st if the player is not registered and paid in full.

Required Documents

• Birth Certificate - One Photocopy required when registering for the first time.
• Player Release - Required if you played in another OWHA sanctioned association the previous season.  example: Lakeshore, Chatham, Bluewater.
• Application Form - If applying in person, or by mail, submit a copy of your completed application form for each player.  An official receipt will be emailed to the email address given on the registration form.
