How to register for 2013 - 2014 Season
1. IN PERSON - Registration can be done in person on Saturday March 30th, 2013 at South Windsor Arena between 10am - 5pm during the SPFHA Day of Champs
2. ON-LINE - On-line registration will begin on April 1, 2013. All registration after April 1, 2013 must be done through the on-line registration system.
Please note mail-in registrations will not be accepted for the 2013 - 2014 season.

Multi Player Discount
Families with more than one daughter registering received a discount of $50 for the 2nd player
House League Goalie Discount
Full time goalies will be refunded $100 upon completion of the season (by the end of May 2014),
if they play net for the entire 2013-2014 season (house league only).

- Money Order
- Personal Cheque - Payment may be made in full or installments as shown below. Note: Any cheques returned for NSF will require the fees to be paid by cash, certified cheque or money order. In addition a $50 fee may be applied by SPFHA.
Installment payments can be made in full at time of registration or according to the installment plan in the table below:

A Player will not be allowed to go on the ice after August 31st if the player is not registered and paid in full.
- Birth Certificate - One photocopy required registering for the first time.
- Player Release - Required if you played in another OWHA sanctioned association the previous season. E.g. Lakeshore, Chatham, Bluewater.
- Application Form - Complete on-line or in person at Day of Champions for each player. An offical receipt will be emailed to the address provided on the registration form.
