MEET THE COACH - U15AA
SPFHA is Excited to announce that Kyle Voy will be the U15AA coach for the next season!
Coach Kyle Voy grew up playing in the Riverside Minor Hockey Association, where he was fortunate to learn from great coaches who helped solidify his love for the game. His hockey journey took him through Windsor AAA, four seasons of local Junior C and B hockey, and ultimately four years with the University of Windsor Lancers, where he served as the captain in his senior year.
Since graduating, Kyle hasn't had a single year away from coaching. As a former elementary school teacher of 19 years, he coached multiple sports for both boys and girls, and in hockey he has worked with Sun County, Tecumseh, and Riverside Minor Hockey Associations, as well as the University of Windsor. Professionally he now serves as the Director of Operations for PowerTech Hockey Development.
Kyle's coaching philosophy is straightforward: he expects his players to be committed, coachable, and good teammates. He firmly believes that young athletes reach their full potential - both as players and as people - when they feel valued and understand that they are contributing members of the team.
Kyle is excited to be entering his fifth season with the Windsor Wildcats, and the experience he has gained over the years gives him great confidence heading into 2026 - 2027.
