SPFHA Windsor Wildcats are a DESTINATION organization offering a LEARN TO COMPETE environment.
In exchange for each athlete's commitment, dedication and exceptional effort, they will be provided with, and placed into a LEARN TO COMPETE environment based on high performance standards. As a Windsor Wildcat competitive player you will LEARN TO COMPETE.
The progressive organizational development triangle (BELOW) should be prominently highlighted on the page highlighting the upward progression of our player development in the Learn to Compete culture. There is a U22
Junior team at the top of the organization that all coaches are developing toward, and that all players should
aspire to.
