Meet the Coaches

My name is Candice Chevalier and hockey has been a part of my life since I was eight years old. I started playing in the SPFHA and that’s where my love for the game took off. I played many years as a wildcat, leading me to play Junior for Southwest and being grateful enough to earn a scholarship and play 5 seasons for the University of Windsor. I finished my career in Boston in pursuit of trying to make the former NWHL.

For the past 9 years I have been working at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital in cardiac and stroke rehab where my passion has been helping patients rehab and improve their quality of life.

Through the years I’ve gained so many life skills, friends and valuable lessons both on and off the ice. I’ve coached at various levels from u9 all the way up to coach/train varsity/University athletes.

My philosophy is simple….help make these young women the best version of themselves and allow them to reach their full potential both as hockey players and as human beings off the ice.

I am very much looking forward to coaching these young athletes and having a great 2025/2026 season. Bring it on!
