Hi, my name is Rod Isbister. As a coach, my philosophy is focused on hard work, teamwork and fun. This allows players to not only improve their game, but to also become the best version of themselves, both on and off the ice. Discipline, perseverance and maximum effort are skills that can be learned by all players and then applied to every day life.
