Combine webmaster/communications Reasoning: These 2 items are related and could be done by the same person as both involve working with the website and social media. 2. Eliminate director of hockey operations Reasoning: This was a position brought in to appease the town of LaSalle when establishing the community teams. Since we no longer have that there is no need for that position. A better solution would be for the VP of House to appoint division leaders to help out with the different HL divisions. 3. Add Sponsorship and fundraising Reasoning: This is something the association needs to improve on and having someone dedicated to it seems to be what’s changed from the past. |
